Ok, try these details:

The only thing hurting the Arch project is your attitude; your leaving
and not appointing another maintainer, your ranting posts.

(You will notice that Canonical decided to abandon the Arch codebase in
favor of bzr, *after* you announced you'd abandon the Arch codebase in
favor of revc.  Bzr is revc done right.)

Arch was forked because the maintainer was doing a _very_ poor job.  GCC
was forked because the mainteirers were doing a _very_ poor job.
Anything beyond that is conspiracy theory.

And posting this kind of absurdity and failing to admit your mistakes
are probably the main reasons you can't get a job.

Sorry to be so blunt and rude, but many people have said all these
things in gentler terms and you seem unable to understand.  Maybe if I
spell it out, it gets trough.
