Version 1.0.1 of package Beframe has just been released in GNU ELPA.
You can now find it in M-x list-packages RET.

Beframe describes itself as:

## Summary:

  # Beframe (beframe.el) for GNU Emacs

  `beframe` enables a frame-oriented Emacs workflow where each frame has
