I'll include by reference how Mozilla's trademark policy goes too far
by including distribution restrictions going against freedom #2, but
that is a specific problem with a specific trademark policy and not
something inherently a problem with trademarks themselves. It is
necessary to evaluate each situation, and there doesn't seem to be
anything special going on with the cases you've pointed out.
