but that is exactly why this is being discussed here

if it can be determined precisely which FSDG problems exist, and ideally
the steps needed to make each program acceptable, then the FSDG distros
should address them, so that users do not need to

any concrete results should be noted on the libreplanet wiki[1] for
reference - the parabola your-freedom-blacklist[2] serves that same
purpose for parabola and the your-privacy-blacklist[3] does so
analogously for the ultra-privacy concerns that go beyond the FSDG -
even if each distro does not apply those, the recommendations on such a
list could be informative to users who would like to apply them
theirselves

it is hoped that these discussions can inform the actions of all FSDG
distros - if problems can be solved then i would hope to see
all FSDG distros apply those changes - if no solutions are found,
then i would hope to see all FSDG distros remove those programs until
appropriate solutions are found
