The plaintiff Daniel Wallace in his Complaint has directly or inferentially alleged that the defendants have: (1) used an express contractual agreement to conspire with named co-conspirators and; (2) engaged in an unreasonable restraint of trade by pooling intellectual property that is price fixed and distributed at predatory levels and; (3) defendants threaten injury to competition as well as causally linked personal injury to the plaintiff.
