Playing idiot once again? The Excluded License clause is about sublicensing of MS samples and stuff listed in <Installed SDK Location>\ Documentation\License Agreements\DirectX Redist.TXT under free software terms (or anything that would let MS stuff escape contract protection). That is prohibited.
