Not only does B fall under the GPL. So does the wife, kids, family dog and all your bank accounts. The GPL is even more infectious than the AIDS virus. So powerful is the binding effect of the GPL, it is rumored that Hillary Clinton is using the GPL to harvest votes in the Democratic caucuses.
