Both the official docket and 
http://www.terekhov.de/GPLvVerizon/VOLUNTARY_DISMISSAL.pdf itself say 
that the SFLC volunteered to dismiss the lawsuit WITH PREJUDICE.

SFLC ran scared to death out of court conceding total defeat!!!
