Not only that, the Supreme Court concluded
"...the Maryland Court of Special Appeals erred in
holding that the dismissal necessarily precluded the
bringing of this action in the Maryland courts."
As is not atypical, the quotes you cite demonstrate the
opposite of what you hope to show.
