I sometimes want my dynamic markings to appear above the staff, instead of below. Typically, when typesetting two distinct voices on one staff, I want one voice to have its dynamics above, and the other below, the staff. Also, when typesetting songs, I want dynamics et al to appear above the staff, leaving the space immideately below the staff to the lyrics. How do I do this? -- Arvid
