RPM for Lilypond ... missing files?

ly2dvi doesn't work when Lilypond is installed from the RPM.  It
complains about missing files: titledefs.tex and lilyponddefs.

lilypond <filename> followed by
tex <filename>
does produce music, but of course without titles.

Also, there is no "letter.ly" file in /usr/share/lilypond in the RPM
distribution ... it's needed to create music sized to be printed on 
U.S. "letter" size paper.
