Enclosed is a patch for yodl-1.31.2:

- src/yodl/grampipethrough.c: A popen _must_ be closed with a
pclose _not_ a fclose. Pipes were never getting closed on
Windows NT cygnus.
The kid is still trying to get a clean doco build on NT. Either WWW
or PS. The above patch helped a great deal no more: diff:
refman.yo.ly file not found errors.
The ps target aborts with:

Increase the heap_chunk_size in the registry and try again.
