New version of mudela-book.
* handles \include and \input but ignores \includeonly.
* option floating to \begin{mudela} will include the music
in an eps-file that can be put in the middle of a line
of text, in an itemize environment etc.
* Doco next week (maybe)
A bug is that you have to give the mudela-book input last
name .doc or .tex (but anyway, .py or .cc don't look that
good)
