A few comments on .37:

- The output consumes more TeX memory. I couldn't process my
  Gade ouverture (with the total TeX memory limited to 
  300000 words) and didn't have time to increase it to see how
  much more was needed.

- The CPU time consumption decreased drastically compared 
  to .36. About 2400 s instead of 5400 s for my example! :-)

- When a \mark occurs at a line break, it's printed at the
  end of the preceding line instead of at the beginning of
  the new line.

- Multibar rests still don't get enough space. My hack with
  mmrest_x_minimum doesn't help. The |===| style rest symbol
  often extends some mm into the next bar. See for example
  the oboe or flute part in the Gade ouverture (when generated
  from parts.ly).
