Hi,
the .70 build breaks for me:
make/Variables.make:27: make/Variables..make: No such file or directory
make/Targets.make:198: make/Targets..make: No such file or directory
make/Substitute.make:3: make/Substitute..make: No such file or directory
make/Rules.make:51: make/Rules..make: No such file or directory
make/Toplevel.generic.make:44: warning: overriding commands for target `po'
make/Targets.make:69: warning: ignoring old commands for target `po'
make: *** No rule to make target `make/Rules..make'. Stop.
Workaround (sorry - no time to investigate further at the moment):
replace "PACKAGE = " with "PACKAGE = lilypond" in /config.make.
