The attached diff change the way lilypond names output
then you give more than one input file.
When there are only one paper or midi statement in
each file, the input:
filea.ly fileb.ly filec.ly
produces:
filea.tex fileb.tex filec.tex
instead of
filea.tex fileb-1.tex filec-2.tex
If fileb.ly has two paper statements the output will
become:
filea.tex fileb.tex fileb-1.tex filec.tex
Similar happens with midi output.
By doing this I it was easier to change mudela-book to
process all .ly files at the same time. When running
mudela-book on Documentation/tex/mudela-book-doc.doc
this uses 40% less time on my system.
