trying it out for the first time today. after enough messing around,
i figured out i had to call it as:
mudela-book --outdir=./ --outname=test-mudela.tex test.tex
to get it to do anything. (this is *very* frustrating, btw. why is
the default response to typing "mudela-book foo.tex" simply to print
out a screen of unintelligible error messages?)
but then when i run latex, i get this:

if i replace the lines
\preMudelaExample\input .//test-mudela.tex-0.0.0
\postMudelaExample
with the contents of test-mudela.tex-0.0.0, latex runs and i get the
dvi file. what to have to do to get rid of this copy-and-paste step?
