ps-to-pngs

This is not really a lilypond question; but I think the readers here
can answer it.

I tried to make an HTML version of lilyponds tutorial.yo using
yodl2html.  It seems that it needs a program called ps-to-pngs.  This
doesn't seem to be mentioned in the yodl or lilypond documentation.  I
can't find it by that name when I make an archie search.  Where can I
find it?
