Locrian mode? There is no locrian mode. There never was a locrian mode. The name was invented by some pedant well after the old modal system was on its way out. It is obviously impossible to establish B (H) as a tonality if you're playing F's. It's like the "grand staff". If your talking about ordinary piano score, fine. But a single staff of eleven lines never achieved any popularity. Why would anyone think it a good idea now? Keyboard music was originally written in tablature. Do you want to support that? Isn't it enough to support practices that really exist or once existed?
