Postscript WYSIWYG editor?

Has anyone come across a graphical editor for Postscript files they
can recommend, that would allow minor tweaking of Lilypond output by
moving objects like misplaced accidentals and dots?

I'd prefer one that works with Windows NT, but can use one with
Win3.x or Linux/X-Windows.
