Hi all :-)

I wonder if it's possible with a reasonable effort to make
a leadsheet with the following layout (almost like "New Real Book"):

(1) Some chord symbols with/without bar lines

| C#7 F#7 | G7 | Gdim Am7 | <--- well ... chords
____________________________________
____________________________________
____________________________________ <--- One staff, single voice notes
____________________________________
____________________________________

(2) A standard staff (lead/improvisation) below chord symbols

(3) Number (1) and (2) may repeat a couple of times to build
    the whole song ...

(4) Somewhere after the songs end a fretboard reference
with custom chord symbols AND a standard notation of
the used voicing as shown here:

   fret |
                  _|
 x=x===0====   -#(_)--
 | | | | | | | <--- chord in standard notation
 |_|_0_|_|_| ---_|--
 | | | | | | #(_)
 |_|_|_|_0_0 ----|--
 | | | | | | _|
 |_|_|_|_|_| --(_)--
 | | | | | | |
 |_|_|_|_|_| ---_|--
                #(_)
 (D#,G,C#,F#) <--- optional note names

I don't know lily, so detailed references and hints are
highly appreciated.

TIA,
Frank.
