There was a question some time ago about notating arpeggiated chords,
and Lilypond at that time didn't have the wavy-line symbol for them.
Has it been added? Are there plans for it (i.e., is it on a TODO list?)
The first thing I ever tried to do with Lilypond (with 1.0.4! :) had
several arpeggiated chords, so I'd like to see this.
Or is there a different way I should be notating it? What I want is for
the notes of the chord to be attacked in grace-note-like succession, from
low to high, but then all released together. To notate the rhythm
literally would involve insane hairiness which I don't want to write and I
don't think anyone wants to try to read.
I hope this isn't a stupid question -- my music theory knowledge is all
bits and pieces that I picked up here and there. So, is a wavy-line
symbol (is there a name for it?) what I want, and, if so, (when) will
Lilypond give it to me?
