I'm not sure--I'm afraid I know too much about notation already to
know what kind of information is useful for others.  My suggestion 
to write a "how to notate" was just a suggestion to mold your
knowledge and opinions in a form clearer and more accessible than your
postings to the list.  And whatever information it contains, if it is
useful and relevant, a link from the LilyPond webpage should be made.  

In any case, a "Hall of Shame" is dangerous because being negative
about others projects a bad image of ourselves, so we should be
careful.
