Braille output?

Hi,
        One of the singers and recorder players in my group is blind
-- is there any free tool for creating braille output from Lilypond
input?  There are tools available for NIFF to braille
(e.g., at http://www.converto.org/concerto/concrt_e.htm) but they only
run on Windows and they aren't free...
