Since your examples were taken from the regression test
document, you could see in the input file,
lilypond-1.3.xx/Documentation/regression-test.tely
that the corresponding Mudela files are called
multi-measure-rest.ly and mm-rests2.ly, respectively.
These Mudela files as well as lots of other useful example
files are available in the directory
lilypond-1.3.xx/input/test/
(if you installed from an RPM, theys should be installed
somewhere below /usr/doc/packages/lilypond/, I think.
