 * added @afourpaper
 * documentation update; removed ref to landscape package, and fixed
   some notes about the geometry package.
 * fixed the \lilypondfile (and @lilypondfile) command; Laura, please
   confirm.

Please report any problems and feature requests for lilypond-book that
should be included in Lilypond 1.4
