misleading timeSignatureStyle deprecated message

In 1.3.116 the following error message can occur

timeSignatureStyle is deprecated. Use
 \property Staff.TimeSignature \override #'style = #"C"

This is misleading as the correct syntax is

\property Staff.TimeSignature \override #'style = #'C

Also a many of the test and sample files in the distribution
use the incorrect syntax.
