Help! Cue note problem

Hi folks,

I'm using Lily 1.2.17 (for the sake of bar repeats) to typeset my scores. Now I
have 100+ bars of rest for the tenor sax and I wanna give my faithful tenor
saxist a cue when to come in. Yet I don't know how to obtain cue notes (smaller
print) in this version of lily. You got any help?
