Can Finale files convert to LilyPond?

Hello all. I hope my question isn't off topic. I learned of the Mutopia
Project today and I would like to contribute to it. I read that LilyPond can
convert music files from other manuscript writing programs. Does that
include Finale? Does that include MIDI files? Thank you.
