After executing "configure;make" I've got a following build error:

Link order dependency is less critical than it was. There is
just one "globals" now that must be linked last to be
constructed first, but that is all.
The other file linked first to be consturcted last and
destructed first is no longer critical. The reason the order
of that one mattered is that it caused some internal diagnostic
code to falsely report a memory leak when it exited due to an
uncaught exception in batch mode. There are actually no known
memory leaks, and there are checks to verify that.
