Thanks for your help. But the fault occurs even with the .print command comes 
after the .ac.

 

It seems to me that the fault depends only on the particular data (G elements 
matrix).

In fact I have used the same kind of input file with several G matrices and 
this is the first time I have a seg fault.

This particular matrix has been obtained trough a Model Order Reduction 
algorithm applied to a much larger linear circuit

(with a greater number of G and C elements). The larger circuit has already 
been analyzed by gnucap and now I wanted to compare

Its electrical response with that one of the reduced model. Unfortunately the 
reduced model gives a segmentation fault.
