The adms version 2.3.5 has been released.
The major changes include:
* License changed to GPLv3
* Replacement of constants.vams and disciplines.vams headers by a GPL
version.
o The LRM 2.4 version of these files is copyright of Accellera and
are not GPL.
o Users can download the standard header files from:
+ http://accellera.org/downloads/standards/v-ams
Word of caution:
* Check the contents the constants.vams and disciplines.vams headers
supplied with adms.
