Hi there. the gnucap-geda project implements a component library that works with geda/gschem. it is not complete, but the infrastructure is pretty much there, including live examples.
(most) geda symbols provide a default "device" attribute. these attributes should ideally be unique. for each section in the geda symbols database, gnucap-geda (should) provide an include file with corresponding device implementations. adding the missing ones and/or adding example circuits would make a good start for any EDA interoperability related gsoc project. i consider this a gEDA/gnucap collaboration project, so you might want to forward a reference to the suitable geda/gaf mailing lists. also, a similar component library is under construction for QUCS/gnucsator. please post to the QUCS list if you feel like it. thank you felix _______________________________________________ Gnucap-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucap-devel
