Nope. This is the only list right now, so you should just ask here.
However, and I presume I speak for most, sometimes I'm just too busy
to answer. One of the best things to do is to look through the
archives (if you have any) for answers first.
Unfortunately, I'm under the impression that our web-archives are
broken right now. Is that true Jeremy? FWIW, I just heard someone
saying some fairly nice things about GNU mailman (as a list manager).
It supposedly automagically presents a web interface for users to
add/remove themselves and automagically maintains browsable archives.
Description: Powerful, web based list processor
The GNU Mailing List Manager, which manages email discussion lists
much like Majordomo and Smartmail. Unlike most similar products,
Mailman gives each mailing list a web page, and allows users to
subscribe, unsubscribe, etc. over the web. Even the list manager can
administer his or her list entirely from the web.
.
Mailman also integrates most things people want to do with mailing
lists, including archiving, mail <-> news gateways, and so on. It
has all of the features you expect from such a product, plus
integrated support for the web (including web based archiving),
automated bounce handling and integrated spam prevention.
.
