No, the latest is 2.2.9.5, though the link on the gnucash website is for 2.2.9.4. If you can't follow simple directions (and I think the ones I gave you are pretty simple), then there's nothing anyone here can do to help you. Perhaps you can hire a local tech to come help you. But one has to wonder that if that's the case, how are you able to use a rather complex program like Gnucash?
