If you can pull from my git again I think you'll find the reconcile
report now matches the formal tool very well.
1. disable date filter - i.e. grab *all* transactions
2. filter to unreconciled or cleared only
3. calculate start/end balances

No transactions from 31/8/18 to 31/12/18
77 or so in the file.
