be responsible for setting the bgcolor only, and the bold line comes from
"total-label-cell" and "total-number-cell" as per *first-column* and
*data-columns* definitions. Best use ripgrep or equivalent to locate the
*primary-subheading* and *total-number-cell* style definitions, which
predates css. Unfortunately not everything in gnucash makes sense, only the
numerical data and reports are sound :)
