the target balance, it will offer to auto-clear them.

- is the autoclear dialog disruptive to the reconcile workflow? If so,
is there a better UI?
- wordsmithing on the dialog
- there's a delay (limited to 1s) after clicking OK before the
reconcile window opens, while the autoclear algorithm runs. Real life
testing suggests the delay is minimal.
