No, because this really is "make PRINTABLE" invoice. You need to
print this report in order to actually print the invoice. I suppose I
could add a short-circuit link from File -> Print. Perhaps this
report should be renamed to "Printable Invoice"?

Renaming the reports is relatively easy. I _believe_ that the menu
order can be "fixed" by reordering the use-modules lines in
standard-reports.scm. However, one "bug" with the dynamic menu
insertion (and this is especially true for reports) is that it is
challenging to make an alphabetic list...
