Gee, I'm sorry here... then either there is a bug in OpenHBCI with the balance retrieval code, or your bank currently doesn't support balance retrieval. It's probably not a bug in Gnucash. Have you tried GetBalance with aqmoney? If you get a "Status indifferent, Code 9000" there, too, then we need to debug the detailed communication with the bank server. This is done by inserting a
HBCI::setDebugLevel(3);
statement into aqmoney's program code, file getbalance.cpp line 106, i.e. right before executeQueue(), and then sending the output to the openhbci-general mailing list.
