-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- All,
before a 1.8 release somebody will need to create a short text "What's new in 1.8". Also, the things mentioned there should probably also be mentioned in the upcoming release announcement and the 1.8 press release. Therefore I thought we should collect all changes from 1.6 to 1.8 in order not to miss any. I can recall the following, in random order: - - New multi-currency transaction handling - - Scheduled transactions: Creation, automated booking, Management, Deletion. - - Loan repayment druid (sounds good doesn't it :-))) - - Small Business Accounting features: Support for Customer, Invoice, Job, Vendor, Bill, Payments, different Tax tables and Billing Terms. - - OFX Import - - HBCI Support: Statement download, Initiate Transfer or Direct Debit. I guess I missed several other things. What else should we announce as being "new in 1.8"?
