Ok, this is in CVS, and is the first item in the list (at least
for us Americans).

Well, I'm not convinced of this. I think that the "common accounts"
should be selected by default. The user is always free to unselect it
if they do not want the common accounts.
It's NOT selected by default for the moment, but we can change that
easily down the road.
