How about "Total (Report)", instead of "Report Total"? If that's acceptable I'll also apply "(Report)" to all the other report-currency columns.
That would be great. It fits with the (hopeful) future behavior of displaying the actual currency in the parenthesis.
Are you going to apply to the 1.8 branch? I hope so.
