Just a reminder to developers (and myself) that this Sunday, August
3rd, is the string freeze for 1.8.5. Any changes made to the 1.8
branch after Sunday MUST NOT change any translatable strings.
This is in preparation for the 1.8.5 release which should follow two
weeks later.
