New docs chapter layout

This is a proposal for the chapter layout for the User Guide for the 
upcoming docs release.

The changes are:

 1) move "loans" to just after "credit cards"
 2) split the cap gains and depreciation into seperate chapters
 3) move "cap gains" to just after investments (that seems logical)
 4) move depreciation into the business section
 5) renamed some of the Personal Finance chapters (removing words like 
"Managing Your ...", cleaner?  No?)
 6) renamed some of the Business Finance chapters (no need to have the 
word "Business" in the title)

Questions:
 -Where does multiple currencies go?  Into personal finance?
Getting Started (1,2,3,4)

       Chapter 1: Overview of GnuCash
       Chapter 2: Basic Structure and Setup
       Chapter 3: Organizing Your Accounts
       Chapter 4: Entering Transactions
Managing your Personal Finances (5,6,7,8,9)
       Chapter 5: Checkbook
       Chapter 6: Credit Cards
       Chapter 7: Loans
       Chapter 8: Investments
       Chapter 9: Capital Gains
Managing Your Business Finances (10,11,12,13,14)
       Chapter 10: Depreciation
       Chapter 11: Multiple Currencies
       Chapter 12: Accounts Receivable
       Chapter 13: Accounts Payable
       Chapter 14: Payroll
