Translation update: Congrats es and fr!

With the recent updates to es.po and fr.po, they both have moved into 
the >90% strings translated level.  Congratulations!  GnuCash is now 
fully supported in 9 languages: German, Portuguese, English, Italian, 
Spanish, French, Dutch, Chinese and Czech.

With the addition of Spanish and French, GnuCash now has full language 
support on most of the major languages of the world.

I've updated the translation web page accordingly:
http://www.gnucash.org/trans/
PS: anyone know what language dialect of spanish "es_NI.po" refers to?
