I have just revamped the gnucash packages for Debian and would
appreciate it if some people would test them (should install on
unstable and testing). This is purely a packaging change - no
functionality should change.

The main package has been split in two, one containing the libraries
and binaries and another containing the archictecture independent
bits. By doing this about 26MB of space will be saved in the archive.

Since a new package is being added to the archive, a human
needs to approve the new packages. This generally takes a
week or two. In the meantime, they can be downloaded from
http://people.debian.org/~treacy/gnucash/.
