I received a call from my wife and it got quite frustrating:
Problems:
1) She resized the "transfer" column size while having the subwindow openned and it
"hung" the computer (in her language). The problem is with long account names it
takes a few minutes on a fast computer to resize the subwindow...abnormally long.

2) When you start up gnucash after a crash (ie. power turned off, see above for
background) and if there is a lock (LCK) file remaining, gnucash just tells you to
remove the lock file or there is another program running.

Suggestions:
1) Fix bug in code that causes it to hang...might be hard.
2) Add a dialog button so that a novice user doesn't have to manually delete the LCK
file. For example, "Is there another gnucash program running? Yes/No". I'm sure you
can think of better solutions so I'll leave that to the community.

Thanks in advance.

Glen
