On my RedHat 6.2 system:
~> locate iostream.h
/usr/include/g++-2/iostream.h
/usr/include/g++-2/stdiostream.h
~> rpm -qf /usr/include/g++-2/iostream.h
egcs-c++-1.1.2-30
