I was testing some things for the tax report. I had run a tax report
and popped up the Options dialog. I left the options dialog up and
switched back to the Accounts window. Then I clicked Apply on the
Options dialog. The entire main menu bar Grayed out and could no longer
be accessed. As of now, the only way I know to get it back, is to exit
and restart GnuCash.
This same problem exists with other reports, as the Hello World report
does the same thing.
